3. Biodata:
Haji Mohammad Amin son of Amir Mohammad was born 1960 in Kunar Province and now lives in Kabul. He graduated from the military university during the Soviet occupation. He was a member of the National Directorate of Security. Amin is a member of the Jamiat-Islami-e-Afghanistan Party, he has no previous experience in politics.

Hajj Mohammad Amin Safi (Kunar) was elected  of the Internal Security, Defense Affairs and Local Organs Committee.

He is married, and has eight sons and six daughters.
