 Ahmad Bashir Samim Ahmad Basheer Samim is the son of Hajji Khuda Bakhsh, he was born 1974 in Draim Darayem district of Badakhshan province. He has completed his primary education in Kabul and received his BA in law and political science from Dawat University. After making his way for the first time to the provincial council, he was proposed as member of senate in 2009. In 2014, once again he was elected as provincial council member. He lives in Kabul now. (It is said he has a degree in medicine, MA Kabul Medical Technology University?)
Ahmad Bashir Samim is son of Haji Khuda Bakhsh, Samim was born in 1974 in Draim district.
He is the Deputy Chairman of the Public Welfare Affairs, Natural Resources and Environment (Health Labor and Worker, Sports, Red Crescent and Administrative Reforms commission. He worked in the election office, was head of the Darayem District Development Commission.
Samim is married and has three sons and one daughter. |
