3. Biodata:
mobarez_nilabDr. Nilab Mobarez Mobariz Mubarez Mubariz, daughter of Abdol Hamid Mubarez, was born 1961 in Afghanistan. She is a surgeon and former professor at Kabul University who emigrated with her family from Afghanistan to France. She working to raise money for the establishment of a new children's hospital in Kabul, she was set to return in February. 2002. She hoped to resume her teaching post in Kabul, and had been given every indication that she can.

In the presidential election 2004 she was a  2nd vice-presidential running mate for Homayoun Shah Asifi and she replaced Tajwar Kakar, who was firstly nominated for this slot.

Nilab Mobarez is a freelance author and journalist  and was also background paper author for the Afghanistan Human Development Report Afghanistan 2007. She has been working with UNAMA as a press officer since 2007 till today (2012).

She speaks Dari, French and English.
