3. Biodata:
rahmani_hussain_shahHussein Shah Rahmani was born in the year 1964 at Paktia province. He attended primary and secondary school in Pkatia. He migrated to Pakistan and continued his studies in Peshawar and Islamabad, Pakistan. He holds Bachelor degree in political Science from the University of Peshawar. He obtained his LL.B and LL.M degrees from international Islamic University, Islamabad, Pakistan. After the collapse of the communist regime in 1992, he was appointed Personal Assistant to the President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan till 1996. During the Taliban rule, he went to Great Britain and stayed there till 2001.  In March of 2008, he was appointed professional member of FDRC by the President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

He has a British Passport.
