3. Biodata:
sadaat_wahabuddinWahabuddin Sadaat was born in 1973 in Kabul. He completed his studies in Ansary High School in Kabul and continued his Bachelor’s Degree Studies in Business Administration in Islamabad, where he spent some years in self imposed exile. Sadaat completed his Master’s Degree Studies in Public Policy Administration from Kabul University.

Prior to working with the government of Afghanistan, Wahabuddin Sadaat has worked several years in United Nations World Food Program (WFP), United Nations Development Program (UNDP), and United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and provided humanitarian and development assistance in Afghanistan, Pakistan and for short period of time in some African countries. Sadaat has written a comprehensive document on improving Municipal Governance in Kabul as his Master’s Degree dissertation.

He has served in Afghanistan as Director of Monitoring and Evaluation at the Office of Administrative Affairs and also as a Deputy Mayor at Kabul Municipality.

Sadaat speaks Pashto, Dari, English and Urdu.
