3. Biodata:
Yar_Amir_KhanHaji Amir Khan Yar was born in 1973 in Kama district, Nangarhar province. Yar finished his primary studies up to tenth class in Peshawar High School, Pakistan. He then graduated from high school in Nangarhar province in 1995. He received his fourteenth class certificate from an International Rescue Committee (IRC) run engineering institute in Peshawar in 1997. Beside these studies, Haji Amir has completed many short courses on different topics including management, accounting, leadership and human rights in Pakistan, the United States and Italy. He also owns a trade company, which he established in 2004.
 

Yar has experience working in governmental and national/international nongovernmental organizations. He also owns a trade company, which he established in 2004.
 

Dr. Abdul Wahab Zaheer (wahabzaheer(at)hotmail.com) writes about Haji Abdul Zahir Qadir: Leading members in Nangarhar are Haji Hazrat Ali, Haji Zahir Qadir, Pir Bakhsh Gardiwal and Amir Khan Yaar who are well known for their bandit activities and corruption during the election (in 2010). Obviously Dr. Zaheer is no friend of Amir Khan Yar.
