3. Biodata:
Mrs. Zakia Sangeen, daughter of Abdul Hashim, was born in 1978 in Sayyad district, Parwan province. Her father has been a well-known local leader for over 40 years, and her family members are well-known intellectuals. Sangeen finished her secondary education at the Hira Jalali High School, Parwan province in 1991. She attained her fourteenth class certificate from the Teacher Training Institute in Parwan province in 1995. Later, Sangeen returned to school and studied for her bachelor’s degree in Science, Biology and Chemistry at the Parwan Institute of Higher Education, which she earned in 2007.
 

Sangeen founded the Sayyadan Girl’s High School in Parwan during the Taliban regime. Currently, she is an active member of a governmental youth foundation connected to the Istiqlal and Malalai High Schools, where she has also worked as a teacher.
 

Zakia Sangin Zakya Sangeen is an independant Wolesi Jirga 2010 member.

Zakia Sangeen received 5,438 votes in Wolesi Jirga Election 2018 and got a seat in WJ 2018.
 

She is single.
 

Sangeen speaks Dari, Pashtu and English.
