3. Biodata:
Minister designate of Public Welfare Mirza Hussain Abdullahi is the son of Muhammad Essa, he was born in 1956 in Qarabagh district of southern Ghazni province. Belonging to the Hazara community, he has received a degree from the Engineering Faculty of the Kabul University. He has masters from the Manila Institute and a Doctorate in Policy and Public Affairs from the Atlantic International University of America. His father was advisor to the ministry. He is supported bei Hesb-e-Wahdat and Vicepresident Karim Khalili. He was not confirmed by Wolesi Jirga.

He can speak Pashto, Dari, English and Urdu languages.
