Haji Mohammad Baqir Shaikhzada Sheikhzadeh was born 1960 in Kabul Province. He is a member and the deputy of the Complaint Hearing Commission of Wolesi Jirga 2005. He claims to be an Independent MNA and was a member of the Constitutional Loya Jirga.

A convert, Abdur Rahman, 40, was jailed 20060300 for converting to Christianity and could have faced trial under Islamic sharia law that stipulates death as punishment for apostasy.
