Mohammad Jawad Paikar, Jawad Peikar went to Kabul University Law School  (2004-2006).  He has completed his BA at the private Juniata College, PA, USA and his MA at Azad University in Public Law (2016-2017), Kabul Afghanistan.

 Acting Urban and Land Affairs Minister Jawad Paikar has been banned from traveling aboard over misuse of authority and having properties in aboard, the Attorney General Office (AGO) said on Tuesday Jan 14, 2020.

President Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai ordered the Attorney General’s Office to investigate “corruption” and “illegal recruitment” allegations against the acting minister. Ghani’s order indicates that Jawad Paikar has made recruitments beyond his authority. Also, Paikar has to answer to the Attorney General’s Office regarding the real estate he has purchased in Turkey.

Farooq Wardak, the ex-minister of education, Mohammad Jawad Paikar, the former acting minister of housing, and Humayoun Qayoumi, the ex-minister of finance, are among the high-ranking officials who have not been prosecuted for their involvement in corruption.(20200626)

The spokesman of the President of Afghanistan says that Javad Pikar, Acting Minister of Urban Development and Lands of this country, is not banned from leaving. This is despite the fact that a few days ago, some media published a letter signed by the Deputy Director General of Afghanistan, in which it was written that until the completion of the investigations regarding the recruitment process in the Ministry of Urban Development and the purchase of houses by the Acting Minister of the Ministry in Turkey, Javad Pikar to be banned from leaving Now, in a press conference, Sediq Seddiqi, the spokesperson of the president, in response to the question of Radio Azadi reporter, denied that Mr. Pikar was banned from leaving.
