3. Biodata:
Haji Khalil Ahmad Shahed Zada was born in 1971 in Obeh district, Herat province. Shahed Zada studied up to sixth class at the Jami High School in Herat, and later graduated from
Amir Ul Muminen High School in Iran in 2004.

Shahed Zada has mostly served in the cultural and social sector. He immigrated to Iran during the Taliban period in Afghanistan, working as the manager of a cultural complex for students from 1996 to 2004 and at the United Nations Assistance Mission to Afghanistan (UNAMA) office in Iran.

Shahed Zada was the head of both the development council and the peace council of Obeh district in 2006 to 2010. He has been the director of communications for the Peer Herat Charitable Foundation – a charity registered with the Ministry of Justice – since 2001. Shahed Zada is also the head of the cultural department of the Herat Agricultural Cooperative, and has held this position since 2006.

Haji Khalil Ahmad Shahidzada is a independent Wolesi Jirga 2010 member.
