3. Biodata She was a member of the Committee on Cultural and Religious affairs in Wolesi Jirga 2005. She is linked to Jumbesh Party. She has worked as a teacher in Faryab girls’ high school and was member of the constitution emergency general assembly “Loya Jirga” lonely representing other women. She worked as the member of constitution secretary office five years ago. Mrs. Shadab is one of those female MPs who was active in defending the women rights during the regime of Taliban and secretly trained 270 girls in her private school from fist grade to eighth grade in the Taliban period. Shadab has been a cultural person and written different poems and literary pieces and trained around 20 trainees in cultural filed as well as eight in weaving carpets, tailoring sectors when she was working as a biology teacher in girls high schools and lecturer in science and social higher institute in her province.
Shadab was the carrier of the Zan wa Zendagi “Women and Life” page in Faryab daily newspaper and has written articles over the rights of the women in Islam. She is close to Dostum.
She is married and has four sons and three daughters. Shadab speaks Dari and Uzbek. |
