Mullah Sarkatib, who led the (Ghilzai Tribe) Hezb-e Islami party fell out with the rest of Kandahar’s mujahideen leadership in 1992. Sarkatib is one of the few living mujahideen commanders not to have returned to Kandahar, and is currently a businessman in Dubai, UAE.
