Residents in Paktika province have said that the routes connecting Wazikhaw, Tarwai and Warmamai districts to the center of the province have remained closed for the past 16 years since the insurgent Taliban were toppled from the power. Wazikhaw, Tarwai and Ramamai districts are in border regions with Pakistan with majority of the residents obtaining their daily provsions from Pakistan.

3. Biodata:
 Dr. Mujiburrahman Samkani, son of Wakil Fazulrahman Samankai, was born in 1973 in the Chelsetoon area of Kabul city. Samkani graduated from Abdullah Bin Masoud High School in Hango, Pakistan in 1993. He completed his bachelor’s degree in surgery at Afghan Medical University in Peshawar in 2001.
Mujib al-Rahman Chamkani (Paktia) is the son of the late Paktian MP, Fazl al-Rahman Rehman Chamkani who was killed during the attack on the 2008 celebrations at the Kabul Stadium for mujahedin Victory Day.
