3. Biodata:
Haji Sayed Saleh Muhammad Saleh, son of Mirza Muhammad, was born in 1967 in the village of Barkundi in Manogai district of Kunar province. He completed his primary education at Barkondi Intermediate School in 1984, and his secondary education at the Imam Abu Hanifa Noman School in Bajawar in 1989. He was then engaged in private business. From 2000 until 2002, he served as Kunar's general manager of transportation. Before that, beginning in 1996, he was in charge of private sector transportation and also served as an elder in local councils. He was indirectly elected to the Meshrano Jirga through the 2005 Provincial Council elections in Kunar. He is married and has six sons and three daughters.
