Dr. Wadir Safi, son of Ghulam Hassan Safi from Laghman Province, was born 25 December 1948. Education: 1976. Ph.D. International Law and Politics, the Charles University, Prague, Czechoslovakia 1974. M.A. International Relations, Charles Uni., Prague, Czechoslovakia. 1970. B.A. Journalism, Faculty of Literature and Human Science, Kabul University. 1967. Baccalaureate, Ghazi High school, Kabul Certificates: 2004. Egyptian Judicial Training Centre 2003. International Development Law Organization, Distance Learning Course Seminar 2000.
He is a professor of law and political analyst.
