3. Biodata:
Dr. Zaheer Sadat, son of Tora Mer, was born in 1974 in Khenj district (former Hisa Awal Panjsher District, Panjshir province). Sadat completed his primary education at Khinch District School and his secondary education at Mujahid High School, Peshawar. He received a bachelor’s degree in Administration and Management in London in 1999, and bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Medicine from Kabul University, both in 2007.
 

Sadat ran unsuccessfully for parliament in 2005. He came in second in the province, behind Salih Muhammad Registani. When Registani resigned from his seat in 2009, Sadat served the final year of the term in Registani’s place.
 

He is a Doctor and has a clinic in Kabul. Sadat is a member of the Afghan Private Hospital Doctors’ Association.
 

Dr. Zaheer Sadat was elected Wolesi Jirga Member in 2010 elections. He received more than 3.500 ballots. Sadat is close to Jamiat-e-Islami.
