3. Biodata:
Saadat Abdul SattarAbdul Sattar Sadat Satar Saadat, son of Abdul Jabar, was born in 1979 in northern Baghlan province, where he studied high school before doing his masters in law and political science from Kabul University in 2000. He graduated from faculty of law and political sciences of Kabul University in 2004. A poet and writer, Sadat established a cultural centre in Baghlan and worked as a civil society activist. He remained administrative board’s member of the Wolesi Jirga.

He is a Kabul based lawyer, political and economic analyst. He is also a legal expert. He is said to be a Karzai sceptic. Abdul Satar Sahdat Abdul Sattar Saadat is legal advisor to the office of the president. Saadat is also still a member of the Afghan Lawyers Association, a public commentator and a member of the Civil Society Coordination Jirga.  He also is a Law Experts Network member.
The new Independent Electoral Complaints Commission (IECC) members on 20130919 elected Abdul Sattar Sadat as head of the watchdog’s administrative board, Mrs. Reda Azimi his deputy and Nadir Mohseni as secretary. (20130919)
