3. Biodata:
rezayee_shah_gulMrs. Shah Gul Rezayee Shahgul Rezaee is the daughter of Sher Ali and was born 1979 in Ghazni Province. Shah Gul Rezai is a High School Graduate and former head of the Girls Saynabia Lycee in Jaghoori District, Ghazni Province. She is also a student in the Law Faculty at Kabul University (2008). She attained her bachelor’s degree in law and political science at Kabul University in 2011. She has taken English and computer training courses in Pakistan and India.

She was a member of the Committee on women affairs in Wolesi Jirga 2005. Her assessment of the situation in Ghazni in 2008: Ghazni does not yet have well-established governmental institutions or officials who can carry out their duties well at this point. For example 2007 the government announced that a specific number of police forces would be assigned to the Ghazni province. But to date, the numbers of police deployed to the province are not anywhere near what was promised. At some check posts for example, there was expected to be 70 police but the reality is that there are only 30-40 to date. This is one indication of the government’s inability to carry out effective programs in the province. Then there is the lack of coordination between the local officials and the central government. 2007 and 2008, Ghazni has had five different governors. Each time the governor was replaced, the new governor was still unable to resolve the problems. Part of the problem lies in the fact that the problems have not been carefully identified. I do think that the most secure areas in Ghazni are those where the majority are Hazara, she said.

Shah Gul Razaee formed and leads a new 23 member  parliamentary group, Sadai Adalat (Voice of Justice) in Wolesi Jirga.(20110716). MP MNA Asadullah Saadati (Daikundi) is a member of the new group.

She also serves as the one of two secretaries of the Coalition for the Support of the Rule of Law. Razaye has been outspoken on the inadequacy of institutions of governance and policing in Ghazni province.
