3. Biodata:
rehayee_hidayatullahHidayatullah Rehayee Rihai Rehai Rehay, son of Senator Mohammed Ali Khan Nargisi, was born in 1965 the village of Kharzai in Panjab district of Bamian province. He completed his primary and secondary education at the Panjab Center High School. He is also a graduate of the Parwan Teachers' Training Institute. He was arrested on 20 April 1979 by operatives of the Communist government. He was imprisoned for 20 days.

Rehayee has been poor most of his life and dedicated his time to studying and writing. In 1983, he became a refugee in Pakistan, where he lived 12 years. During this period, he worked in the Afghan Teachers’ Association, the Council of Free Afghan Writers and the Women’s Revolutionary Community. Following the establishment of the mujahideen government, Rehayee, returned to his homeland. In 2003, he worked as a professional teacher in Nargisi Primary School and in 2004 he worked for an international organization. He is a member of Zakhmatkashan organization of Afghanistan

He is skilled in calligraphy and speaks Dari and English. Rehayee was indirectly elected to the Meshrano Jirga through the 2005 and 2009 Provincial Council elections in Bamiyan province.

He is married and has seven children.
