Biographies of Provincial Council Members of Parwan:

 
1 – Ahmad Zaki Zahed:
Ahmad Zaki Zahed is the son of General Baba Jan. He is born in 1980 in the Bagram district of central Parwan province. He completed his education in political science faculty from Kabul university in 2005. He has the credit of establishing a weekly Agah in 2005 and is a founder of provincial council weekly. It is his second tenure as member of the council.
2 – Mrs. Raisa Sabir:
Daughter of Ghulam Dastagir, Raisa Sabi is born in Charikar, the capital of central Parwan in 1959. She graduated from Parwan teacher training college and has served as school teacher for 25 long years. Sabir worked in monitoring, health and social committees of the provincial council. Currently, she is  editor-in-chief of the council’s monthly. It is here second term as the provincial council member.
3 – Abdul Zahir Salangi:
Abdul Zahir Salangi is the son of Abdul Samad Salangi. He is born in the Salang district of central Parwan in 1972. He was graduated from Salang high school in 1984 and served as deputy of the provincial council. He has political affiliation with Jamiat-i-Islami party.
4 – Qari Abdul Rahman Ahmadi:
Qari Abdul Rahman Ahmadi is the son of Haji Badam Gul. He is born in the Sorkh-i-Parsa district of central Parwan in 1961. He completed his high school education and got two-year diploma from a college. He worked as military commander from 1994 till 2002. Presently, Ahmadi serves as secretary of the provincial council.
5 – Farid Ahmad Shafaq:
Farid Ahmad Shafa is the son of Inayatullah Shafa. He is born in the Bagram district of central Parwan in 1974. He completed his high school education. He has political affiliation with Jamiat-i-Islami party.
6 – Mrs. Hosai Bayani:
Hosai Bayani is the daughter of Abdul Samad. She is born in Charikar, the capital city of central Parwan in 1958. She was graduated from Hura Jallali high school in 1982 and served in the rural rehabilitation and development department. Hosai served in various capacities. She worked for four years as deputy head in the women affairs department since 2005.
7- Abdullah Jan Salangi:
Son of Mohammad Noor, Abdullah Salangi is born in Hijan village in the Salang district of central Parwan in 1959. He completed his high school education in Salang high school and then joined the Mujahedeen in 1979. He served as military commander for several years. After disarmament, demobilization and reintegration (DDR) process, Salangi was appointed as technical officer at Baghlan prison and later as operational officer of the jail. He secured membership of provincial council in 2009.
8 – Abdul Wasi Sayed Kheli:
Abdul Wasi Sayed Kheli is the son of Abdul Satar. He is born in the Sayed Khel district of central Parwan 1980. He completed Shaheed Saifur Rahman high school and Parwan teacher training college in 2009. He served as Sayed Khel union director, head of National Solidarity Program (NSP) in his village and served as school teacher.
9 – Nasir Ahmad Mumtaz:
Nasir Ahmad Mumtaz is the son of Zalmai. He is born in the Bagram district of central Parwan in 1980. He was graduated from Salman Farsi high school in Pakistan as well as journalism faculty of Kabul university in 2005.
10 – Qari Obaidur Rahman Qarizada:
Son of Qari Mohammad Husain Gulbahari, Qari Obaidur Rahman Qarizada is born in Panja Khana village in the Bagram district of central Parwan in 1969. After completion of his religious education, Qarizada completed Jihad high school in Kapisa and achieved his bachelor degree from Wifaqul Islam Educational Organization Pakistan. He served as teacher, officer at Gulbahar Memorizing Centre, head of Kabul Memorizing Centre and prayer leader at Pul-i-Khishti mosque in the capital city Kabul.
11 – Mrs. Shakiba Ghani Sayed Khili:
Shakiba Ghani Sayed Khili is born in Mullah Habib Khel village in the Sayed Khel village of central Parwan in 1970. She was graduated from Women Professional High School in Kabul. She worked in the Ministry of Commerce and Industries and then served as teacher at Mullah Habib Khel high school.
12 – Esmatullah Mohammadi:
Son of Mohammad Gul, Esmatullah Mohammadi is born in Qala Guli village in the Bagram village of central Parwan in 1974. He completed his secondary education at Bagram school and then joined Mujahedeen during Jihad against soviet troops. Later, Mohammadi started his own business venture.
13 – Sultan Mohammad Qand:
Sultan Mohammad Qand is the son of Haji Saqi Mohammad. He is born in Qarabaghi Rabat village in the Bagram village of central Parwan in 1973. He completed his secondary education and served as Jihadi commander during soviet occupation of Afghanistan.
14 – Mrs. Nazifa Khaliqi:
Daughter of Mohammad Ayoub, Nazifa Khaliqi is born in the capital Kabul in 1946. She is graduated from Ayesha Durani High School and secured his diploma from Kabul teacher training college. She served as school teacher and headmistress.
15 – Abdul Rahim Shah Agha:
Son of Abdul Qasim, Abdul Rahim Shah Agha is born in Toghbardi area of Charikar city, provincial capital of central Parwan in 1973. He holds master degree and owns his own seminary in the province. Having membership of provincial council, Agha serves as director of Parwan Ulema Council.
