3.Biodata:
paimann_amanullahAmanullah Paiman was born 1960 in Raghestan District, Badakshan Province. Payman studied at Raghestan District School and attended high school in Peshawar, Pakistan, where he lived in selfimposed exile.  He graduated from the Peshawar University with a degree in Law and Political Science. He is now he working on his master’s degree in Law and Political Science at Dushanbe University.

He was a former Chief of staff for President Rabani. Amanullah Paiman has studied the country's drug problem and says Afghan government officials are involved in at least 70 percent of the traffic.

In 2008 Paiman was voted as a second speaker to Wolesi Jirga. Amanullah Paiman, accused AIHRC head Seema Samar of nepotism and partisanship. He recalled Samar had attended a Shiite protest a year back against the Kabul Express movie that projected the Hazara community in a bad light. He was a 2003 Constitutional Loya Jirga Member and a Wolesi Jirga Member 2005 MP MNA Badakshan.
Three Jamiatis, Amanullah Paiman and Qazi Abdul Rauf from Badakhshan and Mawlawi Abdul Rahman Rahmani from Balkh voted in Wolesi Jirga against BSA and SOFA. (20141124)
 

He is married and has two sons and two daughters.

He speaks Dari, Pashto, Urdu and English.
