Chairman Head of Provincial Council:
Haji Jamal Qadir, son of Haji Abdul Qadir (former assassinated Governor of Nangahar 2001-2002) 20110126, The Attorney General Office (AGO) and the Ministry of Interior have issued arrest warrants for Jamal Qadir, a member of the Nangarhar Provincial Council, an official said on 20120304. Jamal Qadir was arrested in central Kabul on 20120312.
