3. Biodata:
Naimzai_Haidar_JanHaji Haider Jan Naimzoi, Alhaj Haidar Jan Nayemzoi (Kuchi) son of Haji Mohammad Naeem Kochi, a famous Mujahideen commander and advisor to Sebghatullah Mujadedi was born in 1978 in Logar province. Naiemzai graduated with a twelfth class certificate from Bebi Amnia High School in Peshawar, Pakistan, in 2006.

He is the son of the President’s Advisor on Kuchi Affiars, former Guatanamo Bay inmate (US9AF- 000931DP) and former military commander during Taleban rule, Haji Naim Naeem Kochi Kuchi,  who was detained by U.S. forces near his native Logar Province on January 1, 2003. U.S. military records show he was suspected of having ties to the Taliban and thought to have information on the movement of Arab Al-Qaeda fighters and Taliban officials who had fled to Pakistan.
 

Before coming to parliament in 2005, Naiemzai was the head of distribution of National ID cards in the Ministry of Interior Affairs.

His son Naimzoi was a member of the Committee on nomads, tribes, and immigration affairs in Wolesi Jirga 2005. Haji Haidar Jan Naeemzoi, one of 10 Kuchi MPs in the lower house of parliament, said his people were being persecuted simply for trying to claim what they have long been due. He said further violence was inevitable in Maidan Wardak unless immediate action was taken.

Haji Haidarjan Naimzoi bagged third most Votes in Wolesi Jirga Election 2010 being relected.

Alhaj Haidar Jan Nayemzoi received 3,270 votes in Wolesi Jirga 2018 election and got a seat in WJ 2018.
 

He is married to two wives and has six daughters and one son.
 

Naiemzai speaks Pashtu, Dari and Urdu.
