3. Biodata:
Haji Mohammed Muhibi, also known as Bahlool, son of Muhib Ali Beck, was born in 1961 in the village of Fatoye Surkh Joy in Waras district of Bamiyan province. He completed his education in military school and he studied in the military academy in Kabul. He completed his education in the field of medicine as a medical assistant (doctor’s assistant) in Pakistan. Haji Mohammed Zaman Muhibi was a political prisoner in Pul-e Charkhi Prison from 1981 to 1983. He lived in Pakistan from 1986 to 1988 to study medicine. Sen. Muhibi served as an officer in the 18th division of Balkh and the 25th division of Khost from 1984 to 1985. Beginning in 1988, he provided medical services. He also worked in the areas of social services, rural development, education and culture. Muhibi wrote unpublished articles entitled, “Tactics of Guerrilla War,” “Ambush and Counter-Ambush,” “First Aid in Areas Lacking Doctors and Health Centers,” and “The Assistance of the Beast of Burden in the Mountains.” He speaks Dari, Pashto and English. He was in Pakistan and Iran, between 1986 and 1972. Muhibi was indirectly to the Meshrano Jirga through the 2005 Provincial Council elections in Bamiyan province. He is married and has seven children.
