3. Biodata:
musa_mamurHaji Mammor Mosa, son of Muhammad Lal, was born in 1955 in Nad Ali district,
Helmand province. He now lives in Khak Safed of Farah province. Mammur Mussa completed his primary and secondary education at Masaw High School, Farah province. Mussa graduated from the Kandahar Mechanical School in 1977.

During the regime of Daoud Khan, Mussa worked for the government in the Department of Mines and Industries in Helmand province. From 1995-1996, he worked as a political manager for the governmental Department of Politics near the border of Farah province.Mussa has worked at the Afghanistan Development Association, an NGO,
as a program manager.

Mussa is affiliated with Hezb-e-Afghan Millat, and serves on the party’s provincial council for Farah province. He participated in the Constitutional Loya Jirga in 2003.

Mussa was elected as a member of parliament for Farah province in the 2005 elections, gaining 3,929 votes. During this term, he served on the Oversight of the Implementation of the Law and Central Audit commission.

He is married and has one son and nine daughters.
