3. Biodata:
Mohsini_AzimMuhammad Azim Mohseni (Baghlan) son of Muhammad Muhsin, was born 1975 in Anadarb District, Baghlan Province. Muhseni finished his primary education in Sangaran School, Andarab in 1994 and completed his secondary education in Sangaran High School, Andarab in 1999. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the Literature Faculty in the University of Baghlan Province in 2007.

Muhseni was a military commander and fought with the Mujahideen until 2001. He was the camp commander of 20th divisions. He is now (2012) involved in business, and is the director of the Pamir Company.

He  is a Aimaq some say he is a Tajik but from Andarab district. He is affiliated with Jamiat-e Islami. He enjoys strong ANP connections: his elder brother Mustafa Mohseni, a former PDPA member who later joined Jamiat-e Islami, serves as Logar police chief. Another of Azim’s influential brothers, Rassul Khan, is now the head of the Baghlan provincial council. The whole family has a strong grip on local governance, having at their disposal many supporters – even armed ones - in the area.

Mohsini received 6, 481 votes in Wolesi Jirga 2018 election and got a seat in Wolesi Jirga 2018.
