3. Biodata
masoomi_sayed_akramSayed Ikramuddin Masoomi s/o Sayed Masoom was born in 1953 in Eshkmash district of Takhar Masomi finished his secondary education at Ziring High School in Takhar province in 1971. He then joined the Teacher Training Center in Kunduz, where he studied from 1972 until 1974. Masomi joined the Science Faculty of Kabul University in 1975 and completed his bachelor’s degree in 1978.

Masomi immigrated to Pakistan. Upon his return to Afghanistan, he became a commander in Eshkamish district in Takhar province. During the Taliban period, he returned to Eshkamish as a commander.
